Introducing Zoë & Russell

Zoë & Russell our new fashion writers - Credit: Jesse Karjalainen In the coming months we’ve recurited two of Bristol’s most influential fashion and beauty figures to comment and review Bristol’s fashion scene. We’ll see reader make-overs, new product reviews, fashion shows and stacks more. Before we unleash them on you fair people. We’ve decided to tell you a little bit about them.

Zoë Cox has been hairdressing for 16 years. Started at the age of 14.
She has always loved being in the hair industry and has been involved in many different aspects of hairdressing, from tea girl to salon owner. Her experience has taken her from an ID Artist for L’Oreal through to working alongside Rudi Lewis at London and Milan Fashion Weeks. Zoë is currently working with Central Studio is salon Art director and trainer alongside Russell.

Bristol based Russell Lambard has been a hair stylist for the past 16yrs. He moved to Bristol after training with Vidal Sassoon, L’Oreal and Wella. He started in 1999 as a stylist with in the a hairdressing salon in Bristol. His work gained him the position of senior stylist with in the salon. Russell then moved to his current position as Stylist, Creative and Art director with Zoë Cox at one of the flagship L’Oreal salons in Bristol, Central Studios. Russell Lambard has established a diverse client base and his work has featured in numerous media, from films for Channel 4, a GMTV make-over and a cover shot on Hairdresser’s Journal. Perhaps most noteably the title of 2008 Men’s Hairdresser of the Year for the South West.
